Philadelphia-based rock 'n' roll band Phil Spector's Gun release new single "Vampire Blues"



Phil Spector's Gun, the electrifying Philadelphia-based rock 'n' roll quartet, announces the release of their gritty new single, "Vampire Blues" a raw and riff-heavy cover of Neil Young's classic. This intense and raucous track features contributions from all band members, weaving together primal rhythms and relentless energy that embody the band's signature sound.


Recorded by Dan Angel at his studio near Boner 4ever, and co-released with Candlepin Records, the single was meticulously mixed by Kevin Brusha and Dan Angel, and mastered by PSG and Angel himself. The single showcases the band’s rich, layered arrangements and biting lyrics delivered through Brusha’s distinctive, vulnerable yet ferocious vocal style.


"Vampire Blues" follows in the footsteps of the band’s bold sonic identity—melding thick, murky riffs, sleazy leads, and soul-pounding rhythms. With lyrics that capture the tension between ecstatic highs and terrifying lows, Phil Spector's Gun finds a cathartic middle ground, reminding listeners of the primal, soul-cleansing power of rock ‘n’ roll.
