No Fucking Good releases the cut-throat punk/metal album "Good for Nothing"

The founding members, James Conway (guitar), Tim Beaulieu (bass) and Max Flores (vox), met in the dystopic summer of 2020 after they all checked themselves into rehab in Scotts Valley. Wasting no time, they wrote and performed their early material in rehab. On the outside, they enlisted Tim’s long-time friend and former bandmate Joe Horan (drums) as the fourth and final piece of their powerhouse.

The new album has 10 heavy and fast tracks with influences of bands like: The Bronx, Murder City Devils, Cro-Mags, Black Flag, Dwarves, Fukm, and Suicidal Tendencies.

About the album, the band says:

"Most of the songs have something to do with our struggles with addiction and mental health. Having met in rehab we formed a tight bond very quickly and quickly began playing music together. We all write in a way that feels natural to us, the subject matter seemed obvious, I don't think a theme was ever discussed it just sort of happened".
