The EP combines high-energy, punk rhythms and melodic riffs with anthemic vocals on “Slingshot,” “Rats Abandon Ship,” and “Shoot Straight”
Melodic punk band ONE FALL releases their self-titled EP on all streaming platforms today. The band’s live debut is set for Friday, December 9, 2022 at Faces Brewing Co. in Malden, MA.
ONE FALL features Helen McWilliams (Tijuana Sweetheart, Petty Morals) on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Caleb Wheeler (Razors in the Night, Giant Target) on drums, Joe MacFadzen (The Big Sway, Los Bungalitos) on bass, and Phill Hunt (Drug Blood, Giant Target) on lead guitar. The band has been hard at work since forming early this year in Salem, MA.
Recorded and mixed by Kyle Paradis in Salem, MA and mastered by Joe Reilly of Black and Blue Mastering in New Bedford, MA, ONE FALL is a 3-song introduction to the band. The EP combines high-energy, punk rhythms and melodic riffs with anthemic vocals on “Slingshot,” “Rats Abandon Ship,” and “Shoot Straight.”
ONE FALL is also pumped for their debut live performance at Faces Brewing Co. in Malden, MA on Friday, December 9, 2022 with punk upstarts Blame It On Whitman and the venerable Zip-Tie Handcuffs. Doors are at 8pm and the show is all ages. Tickets and more information are available here: ONE FALL FB EVENT LINK Between releasing their debut EP and playing their first live show, the band is slated to film a video for “Rats Abandon Ship” with New England based touring music video director and cinematographer Joshua Hand (@gotdamjoshua).
ONE FALL's brand of melodic punk might go over well with fans of rad bands like Blood Command, A Wilhelm Scream, RVIVR, and Strung Out. Most of the band loves professional wrestling, but Joe remains currently unconvinced.
