Italian melodic death metal band Jumpscare is thrilled to announce the release of their latest single, "Rise and Fall". Distributed globally by Sepulchral Silence through their label Vault Lab, the track marks the beginning of an ambitious new chapter for the band.
Crafted in Southern Italy:
The production of "Rise and Fall" was completed entirely in Southern Italy, with recording taking place between Naples and Bari. The single was mixed and mastered at Divergent Studios by the acclaimed Simone Pietroforte, whose portfolio includes collaborations with top-tier bands like Distant, Within Destruction, Signs of the Swarm, and Carcosa, as well as partnerships with renowned labels such as Nuclear Blast Records, Century Media, and Unique Leader Records.
"Rise and Fall" serves as the opening chapter of a larger narrative to be explored in Jumpscare’s upcoming releases. The song’s lyrical themes center on the ephemeral nature of life, encouraging introspection and a return to humanity’s primal essence. It examines the relationship between technological advancement and nature, proposing a utopian vision of harmonious coexistence between the two.
The single’s artwork, crafted by the talented Axel Perugino, complements the song’s themes with a striking visual interpretation. Adding to this immersive experience, the accompanying music video, produced entirely in Naples, Italy, was brought to life by Horizons Production. Filmed at the remarkable Hangarram Creative Space, the video captures the raw energy of Jumpscare’s performance, offering fans an unforgettable visual counterpart to the song.
