Lancaster, PA based Hard Rock Band Eternal Frequency has released their new single "Breathe In, Breathe Out" targeting anxiety/depression/suicide awareness. The uplifting,

impactful fan made video was edited by lead vocalist Emelle Eternal and lead guitarist Justin Walters. The band had their fans submit videos of themselves singing along to the track along with sharing their powerful, very personal stories.

"Breathe In, Breathe Out" is our twelfth studio single that targets the effects of anxiety

and depression. We wrote this during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic when these

feelings were at an all time high. None of us knew what the future would hold for us.

Depression and anxiety are very real issues. All of us are battling them to some extent

every single day of our lives. Throughout the pandemic, many of us had to face it all

head on. Some of us became stronger, and were able to rise up from the rubble....some

unfortunately were not so lucky and became a victim of the challenging times. We hope

this song can become an anthem of hope, to bring peace and escapism to those who

need it most while also dedicating it to those who lost their battle. We hear you. We are

here for you." - Eternal Frequency
