H237. Unveils Debut Album "Canciones de Autodestrucción Masiva"

After years of sonic experimentation in his home studio, Spanish musician and songwriter Juan José García, under the moniker H237., releases his debut album, Canciones de Autodestrucción Masiva. The album, a personal and intricate creation, is entirely self-composed, performed, sung, mixed, and produced by García, with the exception of the track “Revelation,” featuring guest vocals from Cristina VG, former lead singer of Cultura Probase.

This handcrafted project spans various genres of 90s alternative rock and indie pop, embracing a distinct indie singer-songwriter style. While it traverses through different musical landscapes, the album maintains its individuality throughout, blending both Spanish and English lyrics. From classic indie rock to more progressive and electronic sounds, Canciones de Autodestrucción Masiva is a bold exploration of contrasts and dualities.

The project has been recognized with support from the prestigious S.G.A.E. Foundation, a testament to its unique artistic value. Despite being an independent, self-taught artist with a modest online following, H237. offers something genuinely original and with plenty of emotional depth for those who appreciate the nuances of these genres.

According to García, the album is an expression of raw introspection, with themes of paradoxes that run through both the lyrics and the music. "It’s about finding light through darkness," he explains. "The album is a journey where the indie label takes on its purest meaning, through songs that feel as personal as they are universal."

Canciones de Autodestrucción Masiva is more than just a debut – it’s the culmination of years of musical discovery, marking a pivotal moment in Juan José García’s artistic career. Having released previous works under other names and group projects, García believes he has now found his voice in H237. – a voice defined by its constant search for the unclassifiable.

For listeners who love the 90s alternative rock scene and indie music with a fresh, authentic twist, Canciones de Autodestrucción Masiva offers a one-of-a-kind experience that blends nostalgia with a forward-thinking approach.
