Dracovallis Releases New Single "Midnight Anthem": A Symphonic Metal Masterpiece

Dracovallis, the symphonic metal project of Bulgarian composer Krastyo Jordanov, has just released its latest single, "Midnight Anthem." This new track showcases Dracovallis' signature blend of epic, symphonic, and metal elements, with a goal to reach a broader audience who appreciates the genre's powerful and emotive soundscapes.

Krastyo Jordanov, a self-taught musician from Sofia, Bulgaria, began his musical journey at the age of 14, starting with the guitar before expanding his repertoire to include bass, piano, and the Irish flute. His passion for music led him to create Dracovallis, a solo project that allows him to explore his love for symphonic metal and other genres like epic and Celtic music.

"Midnight Anthem" is a testament to Jordanov's growth as a composer and musician. The track is a powerful blend of orchestral grandeur and metal intensity, capturing the essence of what makes symphonic metal so captivating.

Jordanov's musical journey has been marked by a series of impressive achievements. In 2016, he composed the original soundtrack for the game "Overpower," showcasing his ability to create immersive and cinematic soundscapes. His fifth album, Dance of Life and Death (2020), brought together vocalists from around the world—including Norway, Chile, France, and Bulgaria—highlighting his collaborative spirit and global reach.

Beyond Dracovallis, Jordanov has contributed to various other projects. He was the former guitar and Irish flute player in Metalwings, and currently plays guitar in the bands Anastenaria and Blaze Infection. These experiences have shaped his unique sound, which is on full display in "Midnight Anthem."
