Canadian metal band Morgellons release new single "Reoccurring Formication"

Vancouver’s scene is about to get a whole lot heavier—introducing Morgellons, a five-piece DIY force redefining melodic deathcore. From recording to mixing and mastering, the band has done it all themselves, crafting a sound that is as raw and relentless as it is precise and polished.

Comprised of former members of The Mountain Man and fueled by the production expertise of Matt Roach (Rain City Recorders), Morgellons merges crushing riffs, soaring choruses, and symphonic intensity into an unrelenting sonic assault. Their music is more than just heavy—it’s a deep dive into nihilistic fury and existential dread, laced with jaw-dropping solos and hooks that refuse to let go.

For fans of Fit For An Autopsy, Shadow of Intent, and Bleed from Within, Morgellons delivers the perfect blend of technical mastery and emotional intensity, proving that DIY doesn’t mean compromise—it means control.
